12 Ga Brass BP

Guys, I have about 50, 12 ga brass shells and was thinking about reloading them with BP or a substitute and using them in the SASS and Cowboy matches. Any help on loads or "Don't do that",     would be appreciated.

Go to Circle Fly <http://www.circlefly.com/> for the proper wads. Over powder wad, cushion wad and over shot wad. Shoot a square load with shot and powder equal in volume. I like to back off 10-15% on the powder charge. Seems to give a better pattern. Glue over shot card in with water glass-Elmers-Gorilla Glue, Hot Glue gun, Duco Cement or any other glue of your choice.
I don't think the Brass cases give a superior finished product but the style points are always welcome.

You didn't need to do a search Pard! When you open the Darksiders Den look right near the top of the page, you will find a link there to The Dark Arts which is a library of wisdom saved from past posts. Almost any question you can come up with has been adressed there..............almost!
