I just thought it was funny.  There spin on that tune is about the guy who got off from murdering the mayor of San Francisco and Harvey Milk because he ate too many Twinkies.  The jury actualy bought that an set him free.  So where is the Twinkie control?

Most people know that from CCR, but if you listen ta both Fogerty skipped over the bent "blue" note that Hawkins used throughout the song.  I don't know why John left it out, it's one of the things that really grabs  yer attention on the original.  If ya played guitar ya'd know what I mean.
