I got a little more work done yesterday. Loops are sewn and billets are sewn on. I added a little bit of bling.

WC, you know your work inspires questions

The bullet you have on the end of your loops, I believe that is a "concho" for lack of another term, which I've seens at Tandy. I'm assuming you've got the end of the bullet loops anchored down some other way,(like sewn) and the bullet is just added for looks? Would that also be true of the conchos on the billets?

To say it looks great is the understatment of the year so far (it's early in the year!)

The loops are sewn down at the ends and the concho just holds down the end tab and adds looks.
The conchos on the billets are just for looks and to hide a goof.

I had my head in the wrong place and was talking to a friend and made a big screw up.
I thought I was going to have to remake one of the billets. Was not happy. I'm not fond of having to put the conchos on but it's better that remaking parts.
I just hope the Judges can't find it.
