Finally got to the range today and took my Roller and twenty rounds of the MK III that DD sent me to try some time back. First target was shot with 70 grains of Goex CTG lit off with CCI Rifle primers. The second was with 68 gr of KIK 3F ignited with Winchester large pistol primers. Shooting at 250 yards both loads held MOA for ten rounds, but the KIK loads grouped slightly better. I'm fairly impressed, as this is about as good as my eyesight will permit even with extrordinary weather/light conditions!

Howdy Will!

Those are 500 grainers. I loaded them in Winchester cases, minimally resized, with a .03 card wad under the slugs, powder was drop tubed 32" and then heavily compressed, lube was plain old 50/50. Both groups were shot off sand bags on a concrete shooting bench, wind was directly from my back at about 4mph, and sun was nearly striaght overhead at that time.
