I have two brown eyed girls,  The Moose and Victoria. I have brown eyes also, I'm naturally left-handed, but I shoot right-handed.

Ain’t thinkin’ I’d disagree, Roo.

Whut’s a puzzler ta both sides is the grand girl’s left handed. Soons she figgered out a crayon – left hand.

Brown eyes tho…..

had this one on earlier...cain't get it out of my head now

, In My Own Mind Lyrics

I get up in the morning
I drink a cup of coffee
I look out of the window
I try to get it started
I turn it all over
Plow it all under
I plant 'em in the springtime
Pick 'em in the summer

CHORUS
I live in my own mind
Ain't nothin but a good time
No rain just the sunshine
Out here in my own mind
I live where I can breathe
Ain't nothin but a cool breeze
Nobody that it won't please
Out here where I can breathe

Randy and Danny Ray
They'll show back up any day
That's one thing you can count on
But sometime's they'll be long gone
I'd rather be hunting
Hooked on fishing
I read it on their t-shirts
And if you don't believe it

I live in my own mind
Ain't nothin but a good time
No rain just the sunshine
Out here in my own mind
I live where I can breathe
Ain't nothin but a cool breeze
Nobody that it won't please
Out here where I can breath
Hardwood floor creakin'
Bedroom door squeakin'
She's standing in the kitchen
I thought she was still sleepin'
Kiss her on the forehead
Asked her how she slept
She says, 'honey it's so early,
We probably shouldn't speak yet'

steel guitar solo here

I live in my own mind
Ain't nothin but a good time
No rain just the sunshine
Out here in my own mind
I live where I can breathe
Ain't nothin but a cool breeze
Nobody that it won't please
Out here where I can breathe

I live where I can breathe
Ain't nothin but a cool breeze
Nobody that it won't please
Out here where I can breathe

When that guy stabbed in my hand, I actually had to buy a left handed duty holster and wear it for a couple of months.

Good song Roo.

I was one them ambidextrous types.  The Cadillacs don't like it fer some reason.  Since we had a bunch a regular scissors in the classroom an only 4 pair a lefties, I got dubbed right handed.  Can still do plenny with ma left but as a kid I really didn't care which one I used, it all felt the same.  The penguins did their best ta beat it outta me.

Colts and Ruger single actions are left handed, Bill and Sam were both lefties.  A right handed shooter passes it to their left to load and un'load.

Anything ya want is on DVD. I

I'm still waitin' for the official release of "Song of the South" by Disney.  They don't think it is politically correct.  The copy I have has Japanese sub-titles.

Think I got it on VHS.

I load the Ruger over hand, gun in the right an bullits in the left.  Never thought bout it til now.  Work the loading gate with ma right thumb an revolve the cylinder with it too.  Guess that's wierd, but it works.  Lil learned from watchin me so she does it the same way.

My copy doesn't have any subtitles, but looks like it was transferred from a really old VHS.  Could be worse, there are no real flaws in it other than a low sound quality.

Song, song of the south
Sweet potato pie and I shut my mouth
Gone, gone with the wind
There ain't nobody looking back again

Cotton on the roadside, cotton in the ditch
We all picked the cotton but we never got rich

They oughta get a rich man to vote like that

Think about it, in the left hand the gate is up when held by the grip. it's the most natural feeling way to load one.  And Bill and Sam were lefties.  Had a chance to handle one of those mirror image one that guy down in Texas used to make, the movements to load and unload it seemed much more natural.

They can be loaded in the right hand, but held in the left feels more natural.

Like most places it's ok to offend some folks but not others.

Kinda like most big toy stores won't sell cap pistols but will sell graphic violent video games.  It's OK, I know a Western Store that sells lots-o-cap pistols and caps.  We keep them in both my dept and the kids dept.  Get em a pallet at a time.

A good use of a small space, don't take up much room, Terry and I asked for them in out dept, folks complained cause they didn't know they were there so the added them to the kids, dept, sales tripled or better.

That makes 'em a 'left handed gun'?

Best tell me lever guns they're lefties. Loadin' gates er up when held in the left hand 'n loaded with the right. Doan know how they'll take the news.
