GLAAD Outraged Over Phil Robertson Reinstatement:
"A&E Has Chosen Profits Over African American And Gay People"

(Waaaaah!!!)

Via Entertainment Weekly:
GLAAD responds: "Phil Robertson should look African American and gay people in the eyes and hear about the hurtful impact of praising Jim Crow laws and comparing gay people to terrorists. If dialogue with Phil is not part of next steps then A+E has chosen profits over African American and gay people – especially its employees and viewers."

TSA Offers Advice For "Transgender Travelers"

(Excuse me, ma'am, do you have dynamite taped to your leg... no, wait, that's your penis?)

Via TSA.gov:
http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/transgender-travelers

Special Considerations
TSA recognizes the concerns members of the transgender community may have with undergoing the security screening process at our Nation's airports and is committed to conducting screening in a dignified and respectful manner. These travel tips will explain the various screening processes and technologies travelers may encounter at security checkpoints.

Preparing for Travel
Making Reservations: Secure Flight requires airlines to collect a traveler's full name, date of birth, gender and Redress Number (if applicable) to significantly decrease the likelihood of watch list misidentification. Travelers are encouraged to use the same name, gender, and birth date when making the reservation that match the name, gender, and birth date indicated on the government-issued ID that the traveler intends to use during travel.

Packing a Carry-on: All carry-on baggage must go through the screening process. If a traveler has any medical equipment or prosthetics in a carry-on bag, the items will be allowed through the checkpoint after completing the screening process. Travelers may ask that bags be screened in private if a bag must be opened by an officer to resolve an alarm. Travelers should be aware that prosthetics worn under the clothing that alarm a walk through metal detector or appear as an anomaly during Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT) screening may result in additional screening, to include a thorough pat-down. Travelers may request a private screening at any time during the security screening process.

The Screening Process
Private Screening: Screening can be conducted in a private screening area with a witness or companion of the traveler's choosing. A traveler may request private screening or to speak with a supervisor at any time during the screening process.

Travel Document Checker: The traveler will show their government-issued identification and boarding pass to an officer to ensure the identification and boarding pass are authentic and match. Transgender travelers are encouraged to book their reservations such that they match the gender and name data indicated on the government-issued ID. [...]

Pat-Down: A pat-down may be performed if there is an alarm of the metal detector, if an anomaly is detected using advanced imaging technology, if an officer determines that the traveler is wearing non-form fitting clothing, or on a random basis. If a pat-down is chosen or otherwise necessary, private screening may be requested. Pat-downs are conducted by an officer of the same gender as presented by the individual at the checkpoint.

Reporting Travel Issues or Concerns
Travelers who believe they have experienced unprofessional conduct at a security checkpoint are encouraged to request a supervisor at the checkpoint to discuss the matter immediately or to submit a concern to TSA's Contact Center at: TSA-ContactCenter@dhs.gov.

Travelers who believe they have experienced discriminatory conduct because of a protected basis may file a concern with TSA's Office of Civil Rights & Liberties, Ombudsman and Traveler Engagement at: Civil Rights for Travelers.

Travelers may also file discrimination concerns with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties at: Civil Rights and Civil Liberties.

10,000 Christmas Carolers Show Up To Grant Terminally Ill
8-Year-Old Girl Her Last Wish, Dies On Christmas Morning

(If this doesn't bring tears to your eyes, check your pulse)

Terminally ill girl who had 10,000 people sing Christmas carols at her home Saturday has died – NY Daily News
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/terminally-ill-girl-pennsylvania-dies-article-1.1558176#ixzz2ocou2v00

A terminally ill girl who received support from thousands of Christmas carolers outside her home over the weekend died early on Christmas morning, her family said.

Delaney Brown, 8, of West Reading "passed away quietly with her loving family by her side," family spokesman Christopher Winters said in a statement Wednesday.

On Saturday night, thousands gathered outside her home in eastern Pennsylvania to fulfill her wish for a huge holiday singalong. The crowd cycled through holiday favorites such as "Frosty the Snowman," "Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer" and "Jingle Bells" and ended with a chorus of "Happy Birthday" to the girl, who turned 8 on Friday, The Reading Eagle reported.

Shortly after the caroling began, the family's Facebook page showed a picture of Delaney giving two thumbs up with the text, "I can hear you now!!! Love you!"

Delaney, whose nickname is Laney, was diagnosed in May with a rare form of leukemia. The community held fundraisers to defray the cost of her medical expenses.

An update posted Wednesay on the "Team Laney" Facebook page said: "My heart breaks right now. Our little angel on earth earned her pink glittery angel wings in heaven. She took her last breath at home in her bed at 3:10 surrounded by all her family and friends. I miss her so much already."

Arizona Sheriffs Smack Down Feds Over UnConstitutional
Demands Regarding Public Land

As the saying goes, "along with tremendous power comes tremendous responsibility."  I cannot think of any person in public service who fits that saying more than a county sheriff.  However, the major networks have spent many years brainwashing the populace into thinking that Federal Agents are the top cops.

How many times have you seen a cop show on TV where the Feds show up, flash their badge and relieve the local sheriff? Then, local sheriff storms off in frustration because the Feds took over the case.  That, good people, is brainwashing.

What many people are unaware of is that your sheriff is the top law enforcement official in your county.  He or She has jurisdiction, even over the Feds.  There are many people, with whom I have spoken, who believe that the only chance that this country has is for good, honest sheriffs to stand up and assert their power.  Perhaps not a silver bullet, but if every sheriff of every county found their constitutional spine, it would set the Feds plan of dominating the population back 25 years.

The first thing that we could do is kick the Feds off of our lands:
http://freedomoutpost.com/2013/12/federal-land-grabs-land-control-resources-enslave-population/

But, I digress.

In Arizona, the Arizona Sheriffs Association...http://www.azcounties.org/Index.aspx?NID=173

...is asserting their power over the Feds, or at least their power not to comply.  When the Feds "ruled by decree"...

http://cdn.freedomoutpost.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/COC-NR-8-16-13-Abondoned-trailers.pdf

....that any trailers left in the National Forest in AZ would be towed if left more than 72 hours, the ASA shot back.  Click here to read ASA resolution:
http://cdn.freedomoutpost.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/2013-Sheriffs-Resolution-AZ-copy.pdf

The document bears the signature of ASA President Joseph Dedman, Jr. and it concludes with the following resolve:
That the Arizona Sheriffs are opposed to the policies of the Coconino, Kaibab, and Prescott National Forests limiting the parking of trailers on National Forests limiting the parking of trailers on National Forests to a 72 hours period during hunting season and will not enforce any federal government regulation imposed on our citizens depriving them of their right to utilize their public lands.

Take note of this resolution and hold your own county sheriff to the same Constitutional standards that the ASA have adopted for themselves.

DNC Fundraises Of Possibility of ObatSh!t Being Impeached

When I hear the words 'Obuma' and 'Impeach' in the same sentence I get a Chris Matthews-like leg thrill

It seems that the Demo-ratic National Committee has more faith in the possible impeachment of Barack Obuma than most conservative Americans.  Either that, or, hmmm....

Maybe they are just trying to hit a nerve to get more money from their constituents. They would never do that, would they?   ::)

Late Saturday the DNC (Demo-ratic National Committee) sent out an email which highlighted quotes from Jim Inhofe, Michele Bachmann, Kerry Bentivolio and Blake Farenthold.

The subject?  Why we must elect more demo-rats in 2014 to keep Barack Obuma from getting impeached.

And of course... Electing more demo-rats is going to take money.  For instance, voter fraud is not cheap, but that is my unofficial take.  The funds may be for more important things like beer and prostitutes to celebrate the victories.

The email failed to highlight the successes of things like the Affordable Care Act, which passed without a single republican vote.  That email will probably come out tonight.

I suppose if we started talking about issues that would be racist, so let's revert to trying to save Obuma's ass-ets.

The Daily Caller reports:
http://dailycaller.com/2013/12/28/dnc-sends-email-defending-obama-from-impeachment-possibility/#!

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) sent out a paranoid email Saturday evening urging supporters to vote for Democrats so that Republicans can't impeach President Obama.

The email, subject line "Impeachment," was sent to Obama for America supporters, imploring them to contribute to the DNC's 2014 efforts.

[...]

Obama's staff changed key talking points on the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack; his Internal Revenue Service targeted conservative groups during the 2012 election cycle; and Obama personally lied to the American people when he told them that they could keep their existing doctors and health insurance plans under Obamacare.

It is doubtful that any fundraising is going to stop impeachment, even if republicans truly intend to pursue it. The smart play for the republicans might be to push the actual impeachment through the house shortly before the 2014 general elections and gamble that they pick up enough seats in the senate to have a chance at convicting Obama.

Millions of people are now holding their breath.

Obuma makes jobless benefits push from Hawaii, hits the beach

By Associated Press -

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/dec/28/obama-makes-jobless-benefits-push-hawaii-hits-beac/

KAILUA, Hawaii — How President Obama spent the seventh day of his holiday vacation in Hawaii on Friday:

GYM: Obama woke up for an early-morning workout at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, a short drive from his family's vacation home in Kailua.

CALLS TO SENATORS: The president separately called two senators to tell them he plans to push Congress to quickly extend expiring federal unemployment benefits.

More than 1 million Americans will lose benefits Saturday because Congress didn't extend them. Republican Sen. Dean Heller of Nevada and Democratic Sen. Jack Reed of Rhode Island have proposed extending the benefits for three months.

The White House says Obama called it an urgent economic priority.

BEACH TIME: Before noon, the first family went to Bellows Air Force Base in Waimanalo to spend some time at the beach. Waimanalo is a town just south of Kailua along Oahu's eastern shore.

DINNER: The first family dined in Waikiki at Nobu, a Japanese restaurant known for its modern cuisine. As the president's motorcade left Kailua, about 25 protesters lined the street near the family vacation home in protest of a multilateral trade pact being negotiated between the United States and several countries in Asia and elsewhere.

When the Obamas arrived in Waikiki, crowds of tourists on a busy street took photos and video of their motorcade.

Rose Parade To Feature Float With Two Men Getting "Married"...

(So much for family friendly. That's one Bowl Game I won't watch!)

Via Pasadena Star-News:
http://www.pasadenastarnews.com/general-news/20131226/woman-calls-for-rose-parade-boycott-over-gay-wedding-float

A San Diego woman Thursday called for a boycott of the Rose Parade because two Los Angeles men will be married atop a float themed "Love is the Best Protection." The cake-shaped float is sponsored by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation and is the group's third entry in the New Year's parade.

Karen Grube, of San Diego, said the Tournament of Roses should remove the AHF float from the parade. She has also called on corporate sponsors to remove their support of the parade if the wedding goes on as planned. And, she has set up a Facebook page seeking support for her cause.

"Gay marriage is illegal in over 30 states, why would they promote something that is blatantly illegal?" Grube said. "That's just stupid."

The 2014 Rose Parade is the first where gay marriage has been legal in California, following a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in June that deemed Proposition 8 unconstitutional.

Grube also said she didn't think the Tournament should be involved in a group's "political agenda."

"It used to be a family thing, to get up on New Year's Day morning and watch the parade," she said. "It no longer is."

By the way, this is for real, not photoshopped.  San Fransicko at it's finest.
