About one in 10 Americans — 9% — say The Affordable Care Act has improved their health insurance situation in the past year, according to a new survey by Bankrate.com.

The telephone survey asked a representative sample of 1,001 Americans about their knowledge of and feelings about the law that mandates health care insurances for all Americans in coming years.

The survey was conducted from Oct. 17 to 20 after a 16-day federal government shutdown over raising the debt limit ended and the bungled launching of health exchange websites nationwide.

In fact, 38% of uninsured Americans said they feel more negative about the three-year-old law than they did the past year. And 47% of the uninsured say they don't even know where to turn for information on the act. Uninsured Americans make up about 15% of the population.

Radio host calls for media attention over missing nuke
report and termination of top nuke commanders

Since Alex Jones and I originally reported on the high level military intelligence revealing that an unsigned nuclear weapons transfer had taken place back on September 3rd, an absurdly high number of red flag events lending credibility to the intel have followed. From the termination of the second highest nuke commander in the country on the exact same day as the leak, to Senator Lindsey Graham warning of a nuclear strike on the exact destination of the missile transfer — the red alert scenarios continue to pile up.

And now, Michael Savage of Savage Nation is launching an investigation into the issue and calling upon the media to properly address the situation.

I joined the Savage Nation to discuss the intel timeline of the nuke transfer, specifically highlighting the fact that the transfer was unsigned for and completely off the books. Originally covered by Savage earlier this month following the suspension and termination of the two top nuke commanders in the nation, the missing nuke intel has since spread internationally — and still, the United States media has failed to even mention it despite the vital events that continue to point towards its accuracy.

But that fact is nothing new, considering the reality that even the local media was quick to ignore sources revealing the unsigned transfer to them. As usual, the mainstream media is deathly afraid of crossing the establishment. After all, it's who grants them their reach (and oftentimes funding).

The brief report from the top level military source, which was written in a rush to get the information out, reads:

"Dyess is beginning to move out nuclear war heads today. I got a tap from DERMO earlier. He said it was the first time they have been even acknowledged since being put there in the 80′s. No signature was required for transfer... There was no directive. He said that Dyess Commander was on site to give authority to release. No one knew where they were going really, but the truck driver said to take them to South Carolina and another pick up will take them from there."

(Hmmmm... DHS??? Israel???  Obuma's private army???  Saudi's???  PLO???  Iran???  Syria???  You can bet Dictator Obuma and the GOV. are Involed in this up to their eyeballs...

A B-52H Stratofortress secretly spirited away six nuclear-tipped AGM-29 Advanced Cruise missiles from Minot (150 kilotons per missile) to Barksdale Air Force base in Louisiana.

All protocols for transporting these nukes were ignored and no one really knows what happened to them to this day. The officers and underlings involved (some of them) have mysteriously died in strange accidents. Nothing like this had ever happened before in our "nuclear" history."

Meanwhile, there are those six deaths. On July 20, 1st Lt. Weston
Kissel, a 28-year-old B-52 pilot from Minot, died in a motorcycle
accident while on home leave in Tennessee.

Another Minot B-52 pilot, 20-year-old Adam Barrs, died on July 5 in
Minot when a car he was riding in, driven by another Minot airman,
Stephen Garrett, went off the road, hit a tree, and caught fire. Airman
Garrett was brought to the hospital in critical condition and has since
been charged with negligent homicide.

Two more Air Force personnel, Senior Airman Clint Huff, 29, of Barksdale AFB, and his wife Linda died on Sept. 15 in nearby Shreveport,
Louisiana, when Huff reportedly attempted to pass a van in a no-passing
zone on his motorcycle, and the van made a left-hand turn, striking
them.

Then there are two reported suicides, which both occurred within days
of the flight. One involved Todd Blue, a 20-year-old airman who was in a
unit that guarded weapons at Minot. He reportedly shot himself in the
head on Sept. 11 while on a visit to his family in Wytheville, Virginia.
Local police investigators termed his death a suicide.

The second suicide, on Aug. 30, was John Frueh, a special forces
weather commando at the Air Force's Special Operations command
headquartered at Hurlburt AFB in Florida. Hurlburt's website says,
"Every night, as millions of Americans sleep peacefully under the
blanket of freedom," Air Force special Operations commandos work "in
deep dark places, far away from home, risking their lives to keep that
blanket safe."

An international volunteer organization urged Canadian authorities to arrest former U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney on war crimes charges when he visits the 2013 Toronto Global Forum later this week.

Lawyers Against the War argued in a letter dated Sunday that Toronto Police Chief William Blair and Ontario Attorney General John Gerretsen have a duty to arrest Cheney "as a person suspected on reasonable grounds of authorizing, counseling, aiding, abetting and failing to prevent torture."

"Once Richard (Dick) Cheney enters Canada ... Canada must ensure that Dick Cheney is either investigated and prosecuted for the indictable offence of torture in Canada or extradited to another country willing and able to do so," Lawyers Against the War's Gail Davidson wrote.

The letter contended that Toronto police are legally obligated to arrest Cheney to prevent him from "escaping to the United States." The organization argued that Canadian law would legally allow authorities to do so:

Torture is also a crime under the Crimes against Humanity and War Crimes Act. Once Dick Cheney enters Canada, the torture (both the torture he has admitted to authorizing and the torture that he is accused of) are deemed to have been committed in Canada.

to ensure that individuals can keep their health insurance
coverage.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
2 of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
4 This Act may be cited as the ''If You Like Your
5 Health Plan, You Can Keep it Act''.
6 SEC. 2. AMENDMENT TO THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND
7 AFFORDABLE CARE ACT.
8 (a) IN GENERAL.—Part 2 of subtitle C of title I of
9 the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (422

1 U.S.C. 18011 et seq) is amended by striking section 1251
2 and inserting the following:
3 ''SEC. 1251. FREEDOM TO MAINTAIN EXISTING COVERAGE.
4 ''(a) NO CHANGES TO EXISTING COVERAGE.—
5 ''(1) IN GENERAL.—Nothing in this Act (or an
6 amendment made by this Act) shall be construed to
7 require that an individual terminate coverage under
8 a group health plan or health insurance coverage in
9 which such individual was enrolled during any part
10 of the period beginning on the date of enactment of
11 this Act and ending on December 31, 2013.
12 ''(2) CONTINUATION OF COVERAGE.—With
13 respect to a group health plan or health insurance
14 coverage in which an individual was enrolled during any
15 part of the period beginning on the date of
16 enactment of this Act and ending on December 31, 2013,
17 this subtitle and subtitle A (and the amendments
18 made by such subtitles) shall not apply to such plan
19 or coverage, regardless of whether the individual
20 renews such coverage.
21 ''(b) ALLOWANCE FOR FAMILY MEMBERS TO JOIN
22 CURRENT COVERAGE.—With respect to a group health
23 plan or health insurance coverage in which an individual
24 was enrolled during any part of the period beginning on
25 the date of enactment of this Act and ending on December

1 31, 2013, and which is renewed, family members of such
2 individual shall be permitted to enroll in such plan or
3 coverage if such enrollment is permitted under the terms of
4 the plan in effect as of such date of enrollment.
5 ''(c) ALLOWANCE FOR NEW EMPLOYEES TO JOIN
6 CURRENT PLAN.—A group health plan that provides
7 coverage during any part of the period beginning on the date
8 of enactment of this Act and ending on December 31,
9 2013, may provide for the enrolling of new employees (and
10 their families) in such plan, and this subtitle and subtitle
11 A (and the amendments made by such subtitles) shall not
12 apply with respect to such plan and such new employees
13 (and their families).
14 ''(d) EFFECT ON COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
15 AGREEMENTS.—In the case of health insurance coverage
16 maintained pursuant to one or more collective bargaining
17 agreements between employee representatives and one or
18 more employers that was ratified before December 31,
19 2013, the provisions of this subtitle and subtitle A (and
20 the amendments made by such subtitles) shall not apply
21 until the date on which the last of the collective bargaining
22 agreements relating to the coverage terminates. Any
23 coverage amendment made pursuant to a collective
24 bargaining agreement relating to the coverage which amends
25 the coverage solely to conform to any requirement added

1 by this subtitle or subtitle A (or amendments) shall not
2 be treated as a termination of such collective bargaining
3 agreement.
4 ''(e) DEFINITION.—In this title, the term 'grand5
fathered health plan' means any group health plan or
6 health insurance coverage to which this section applies.''.
7 (b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendment made by
8 subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the
9 patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law
10 111-148).
