Breaking news from Hodgdon came in today:
As of Jan 2, 2009, Hodgdon Powder Company is the owner of GOEX.
We are pleased with this purchase and feel that it will compliment our other product lines and broaden our customer base.
GOEX powder will remain in the same plant and will be manufactured by the same personnel as it has been for the past several years. We feel that the personnel operating this plant know their business and had done a good job in the past. We welcome them to the Hodgdon Powder team.
At this time, we do not anticipate any immediate changes in order placement, shipping or any other function of operation. This may change at some point after careful study and consideration.
There are many questions that remain unanswered at this time. We will be working out the fine details over time but we do not expect any interruptions in the supply of powder.
