My brother in law Tom had a liver transplant 12 years ago, as a result from complications with hepatitis. Unfortunately, his hepatitis came back, and now he is in the last stages of liver failure. Because of the hepatitis, he is not a candidate for another transplant. Right now, Tom's ex-wife and children are keeping the watch on him; they have given him only a few days or weeks to live.
Pards, Tom is a good man, and has a true heart for God. If any of you have ever been to the Holy Land Experience Christian theme park in Orlando, you might be interested to know that Tom helped design and build the scale models of biblical Jerusalem in the park and he wrote the lectures that are still used in some of the exhibits today. Indeed, until he had to go on disability, he was the main lecturer. He was also an ordained minister with Zion's Hope Ministries in Florida. The world is about to lose a tremendous messenger for God, but Heaven is about to receive an angel among angels. Tom has truly left his mark on the world, and the world is better off because of it. There is no telling how many people are going to spend etermity in The Father's presence because of Tom and his witness. Everywhere Tom went, his love for God, and his desire for others to have the hope and joy that he had, was very evident.
So if you can, please say a prayer for Tom, and for my wife Catherine as well. Catherine and Tom come from a very dysfunctional family, and Tom was one of the few bright spots for Catherine during their childhoods. Thank you, and may God continue to bless you all.

UPDATE
We just got the call. Tom went home to be with our Lord at 10:20 this evening.
Adios, my brother, until we meet again.
Thanks to all of you for your prayers.
