Rita and Rowdy both give the kitty The New and Improved Evil Eye to the kitty. ;D  (Got to remember to set the red eye remover on the camera.) ::)

Kitty squalls and heads fer the nearest tree,  It's not that Rowdy scares him much, but he don't want to get on Rita's bad side.

Ya might tell kitty to be careful, Rowdy's kind of tough, we just got back from the park with the dog training area, his brother Sebastion met us over there, this is the first time back together, but not the last because his boss is a hunting pard.  Any way they were retriving a tennis ball over the side of the levvee for the creek and got to tusslin' over it.  They went head over heels down the side and tore up a lot of brome and raised heck with a clump of willow.  They had fun.  Rowdy was the big boy of the litter and is on top here with the silver collar, 'bout the same hight, but he's about 5 pounds heavier.  I think he's givin' him heck for not going and seeing mama like he does. ;D

Suddenly the demon eyed Rita and Rowdy climb the tree with the kitty.  A even wilder eyed creature with a strange tatoo on it's forehead appears. ::)

Awwwwwww!

There's a stray kitten that was taken in and fed here and now the folks are trying to find her a home.  I wish I could take her, she's awfully cute.

A couple of weeks ago a lady at work said her daughter were looking at the pound for a dog, they had a 8-9 week old male black lab that was unclaimed, they didn't take him because they wanted a older dog, not a puppy.  The folks their said not to worry someone would be glad to have him.  I have a soft spot for both puppies and kittens, but when it comes to black labs it just plain gets mushy.

Had to put new washers in the shower today, went to put it back together and no vise-grips!!!!!!!!!!!  Now I know who dad used to feel when I was little and carried off his tools.  (Borrowed the hacksaw out of his tool box in the trunk one time and left it up in Grandpa's cedar tree)

sounds like Rowdy is going to be a real helper around the house,  when we work in the big turkey houses, we have to keep one eye on the tools, a bird at about 9 weeks can pick up a pretty good size wrench and walk off with it, any thng smaller is just grab and run.  and they do love shinny things
