A lot of Ol' cops like me have several ex-wives. This business is hard on relationships. I am lucky to have found my wife and be married for almost 35 years. We are best friends and we are able to have sepaprate careers.  We spend as much time as we can on the weekends.  The weekdays are hectic. We make time for each other on the weekends and we take Victoria for walks on the weekends.

Lotta that’s an immature young man makin’ a bad decision. Seen a ton of ‘em.

Have the same one for 37 years come January. Known ‘er since we was kids. Been in the same playpen tagether. We’re business partners these days.

Heck you two are becoming part of a growing minority, regardless of profession.  I think the average for marriage nowadays is 7 - 10 years.  I'm getting ready to celebrate 36 years, in November, of the same woman putting up with me.

First wife caught me when I was 17.  We were married and had a kid by the time I was 20.  I thought I was doin what a guy was supposed to do.  Trouble was she didn't like anything I liked and vice-a-versa.  Lasted 10 years, but it was a struggle. 
     What Arcey said about immature young folks makin decisions is sooooo true.  Lil made simmilar mistakes in her youth.

People always ask me how I ended with such a pretty wife, I just tell em that she felt sorry for me. She has endured more from me than she should have. I was definitely a work in progress when we got married. I think she has whipped me into shape pretty well.
