I've got one cousin that's about 5 years older than I am, he was raised a Seventh Day Adventist, he took Piano lessons for as long as I can remember, when we were kids. he went to Adventist school in the 10th grade through 12 th, when he came back, one day when his Mom was gone, he told me to come to the Piano and he'd show me what he'd learned, man he cut loose on Jerry Lee Lewis, I mean he could make that old Piano rock.
At his Mom's funeral, a few years back, I asked him if his Mom ever knew he played all that Rock & Roll, said no, as far as he knew she never heard it.

said she'd a passed out if she knew he was playin it.

Was a movie in the 70's on the history of Rock and Roll, called "Let the Good Times Roll." Wasn't a pie-anner but had Bo Diddley and Chuck Berry playin' their gee-tars on stage together. Awsome.

Got a cassette tape of them two playin tagether in the studio. Other side is just them doin their own stuff but the jam is sweet, well worth the 5 bucks I spent on it.

Piano sorta runs in that family, Mickey Gilley, Jerry Lee, and Jimmy Swaggart are all cousins.

I like guitar music. I like the jam sessions with Eric Clapton, Keith Richards,Carl Perkins, Bo Diddley, and others on the stage at the same time.
