I've got a friend who just brought over a supply of sorgum, he cooked and bottled 323 quarts, he was wondering what recieps I had for it's use, I told him I knew just the place to find out.
so feel free to add your's here. any use you can think of.

My in-laws use it on pancakes instead of maple syrup. I use molasses in my tea. Sorgum could be used instead. I know Del will have a bunch of uses/recipes.

I just use in in any recipe that calls for sugar cane mollasses.

BTW, the molasses I use in my tea in sugar can molasses.
