Uberti half moon ejector heads
« on: March 17, 2016, 06:28:57 PM »
Why is Uberti the only manufacturer to cut only one cavity or indentation in their ejector heads?

Every other manufacturer that I have handled or seen (Jager, ASM, Pietta) have both sides finger indented like Colt's.

Any reason or knowledge why they took this appoach?  I have an older Uberti from 1991 that has just one side cut.

Jsut curious.

Nope.  However, just as a point of reference, my Pre-War Model P that is around 15 years old does not have that indentation on the back of the head, but my somewhat older 3 1/2" Thunderer DOES have that indentation.
