A cool front came thru last night. Will be cooler and less humid for the next couple days.

Changed plug wires, dist cap and rotor on the caravan. 'Tis running smoother now.

Rode horses this morn. Need to clean tack, saddle pads, etc. Taking animals and other projects to the fair tomorrow.

Leftovers fer lunch.

Got the animals and projects to the fair. Need to leave in a bit to feed and water them. Not much on the docket for tomorrow. The kids need to "exercise" the horse 3 times today.

'Tis 60 and cloudy. "Breezy. Very warm. Partly cloudy. Isolated showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the upper 80s. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 25 mph in the afternoon."

felt like my wrist is broken !

so the Steroids and the anti inflammatory drug & 24oz of Coffee ...have me WIRED !

I'm not in a good mood ..on the bright side though the treatment seems to be working ...

hand is way better today than several days ago ... at least now I can cross my fingers in hope !

Causes
De Quervain's tendinosis may be caused by overuse. It also is associated with pregnancy and rheumatoid disease. It is most common in middle-aged women.

I’m assuming it’s the first cause. Just take’r easy and let it rest!

I'm sure I'm not preggers .... the other wrist has carpal tunnel , both knees are arthritic....

they have me on Prednisone & potent Nsaids

The steroid is for 5 days ...thanks for the well wishes.
if this does not work , they try cortisone injections , and lastly if that fails, they snip the nerve's sheath

Yep ..It do ! twice in the knees , once in the rotator cuff ...
