Finally shot it today!

This is from my 20 inch 45-75 earlier today. I'm using 58gr of H4831sc, in once fired Jamison brass ( I too have the bigger chamber) with Winchester Magnum rifle primers and 350gr Oregon Trail cast lead bullets. I use a hard roll crimp in the bullet's crimp groove. Recoil is on the "edge of uncomfortable" @ the bench. Tolerable sitting or standing. Pretty much feels like the same load in a lwt 45-70. Same charge with the Oregon Trail 300gr bullet is much more user friendly with similar accuracy. But it has some unburnt powder. No signs of excessive pressure or difficult extracting on either load. Easy case to reload.
The round @ 3oclock was called as a flyer. Rifle and load will shoot better than I can. This one is BIG fun! I like it a lot ;-)
