whew! it's cool and rainy here today, so my wife and I just cut up some tripe(9 lbs) and started a big pot of menudo. about 5 hours from now it'll sure be good . come on over to Arkansas.

I know menudo is food, and I know that a lot of folk enjoy eating menudo...
But there are times when I think you guys post stuff just to see if I am paying attention and to see if you can make me

well I done had me a big ole bowl of menudo and tortillas last night and just got finished with another this morning. that stuff is good for breakfast or supper. It's better this morning after sitting there and absorbing all the different flavors.
Miss Annie if you was here you couldn't hardly resist it this morning.

Contrary to what one may think menudo is very tasty. A great beer (not the fake American stuff, LOL), some tortillas, Hatch green chilis, and you are living. We can buy it in stores here in West TExas.
