Spencer Carbine Restoration/Service?

I'm sure it's been asked a hundred times before but at least I get to show off my latest find.

Can anyone recommend a reputable shop that can repair a Spencer Carbine in Canada or the States?  As far as I know, it needs a saddle ring and bar plus a tang repair/replacement.  I don't want to refinish it, just want to make sure it's operating as it should and be complete...but maybe tidy up the mashed up screw heads.
