Weather: Typical weather for mid-March is highs near 60 degrees and lows around 40 degrees. We had an unusually mild winter last year. However, the weather is pretty unpredictable in the Ohio Valley.

Smoking: Not permitted inside the convention center.
There are plenty of restaurants and shopping near the convention center.
GUNSYou may wear your guns inside the convention.
Guns must be unloaded and zip tied.
Guns will be checked at the door.

The convention is technically a gun show under Kentucky law. BATF has been notified and may be on the premises.

Kentucky is an open carry state and one of the most gun-friendly states.

Non-Licensed Kentucky Residents
· MAY acquire long guns from and dispose of personal firearms to non-licensed residents of Kentucky.
· MAY dispose of firearms to any FFL.
· MAY acquire from and dispose of personal firearms to non-licensed residents of Kentucky.
· CANNOT acquire from or dispose of firearms to non-licensed residents of any other state.
Non-Licensed Residents From Another State
· MAY dispose of firearms to any FFL.
· MAY acquire long guns only from FFLs licensed in Kentucky, provided the laws of both states are complied with.
· CANNOT acquire handguns.
· CANNOT dispose of firearms to non-licensed individuals.
