Before eating this I would have agreed with you but it is amazing!

I'll plan on next year on showing you how I get the kraut haters to beg for more.  ;)

Dang it Del, you said kraut & I remembered the crock in the basement :o All the water had dried up & the kraut on top had turned brown. I dug down a ways & found some tasty stuff in there, but no juice. I pulled out enough to fill a 2 quart jar & put that in the fridge. I added some water & put the weight back on he rest of it & put it back in the basement. I'll let you next time I remember to check on it ::)
