Say you wanted to have a SAA sheriff's model's grip birdheaded and then the whole firearm nickelplated. To whom would you send it? Opinions please. Post plating, installation of faux ivory grips will occur.

Probably Gary Reader. Very expensive. Be a whole lot cheaper just to buy a Birdshead Backstrap and Triggerguard.
