It just don't get any better...

...than "Lonesome Dove".

I just had my "annual" viewing of it, and man, do I love that movie! They could not have cast that any better! Still hard to watch ol' Gus die, though.

I'd sure like to see Tommy Lee Jones and Robert Duvall get togther for another western!

We just bought the DVD and there are scenes in it that I have no memory of.  I surely don't rememeber all of the cowboys wearing nothing but chaps. :o

Great movie...especially when you get to watch the whole thing from start to finish without commercial breaks.

How much does it run on DVD?  I get plumb tuckered swapping VHS tapes out when I decide to watch that epic.  ;D

My DVD has got 2 discs. First disc ends with Gus just getting Lori back, and they are at Adobe Walls.
