.....as a dumb question.  I keep seeing:  "Can I ask a dumb question about.....?"  Believe me folks, there ain't no such thing as a dumb question.  There can be a whole bunch of dumb answers though!
If you question something...isn't it better to ask about it than just let it go?  It may seem like a dumb question to you, but it's not.  You want and need to know, so you ask.

I was an Army Instructor for a couple of years.  In my classes someone whould shoot up a hand and say: "Sergeant...may I ask a dumb question?"  My answer to that was:  "No you may not, but you may ask an intelligent question."  So...no matter how dumb it may seem to you....it won't be a dumb question.  You might get a whole bunch of dumb answers though.

I'd be right up there next to The Great Spirit....wouldn't I?  Well I ain't there and I ain't even close and b'fore I catch that stage to my next life....I'll most likely screw up again!  But...ya have to remember, ma'am.....every time we screw up....we learn a lesson that we don't ferget.
