The bottom isn't quite as snubby, but it is a delightful gun just the same. It is a first generation gun I got from Hank Williams Jr. a King's gun works modified with a Bisley hammer and a 3 3/4 inch barrel with an ejector. Serial number 175,XXX

I never considered myself a failure...I started out at the bottom and happen to like it here!

shrapnel, thats a great gun let alone the fact it belonged to that country boy Hank. I have one close to that. Another Colt Custom Shop conversion on a 3rd gen. gun.

Colt 45 SAA, Thats a real nice looker. Did you get the grips thru Colt or did you have them done after you took ownership of the gun? I have added ivories to my 2"er recently.

All work was completed by the Colt custom shop.....It's a brand new 3rd gen that I ordered
special with the hard chrome  and ivories....
