Cheairs Saddlery Irving Texas.

I have a mystery saddle. I have owned it for over 10 years and cant find out anything about the maker.
Thought maybe the members here might have heard of them or have some info on the maker. The Latigo keeper is stamped with the above,  post title.
I know its not gun related. So if its out of line. Please remove

Cheairs Sadderly Irving Tx was my Neigbor he lived on Exeter street, Mr Cheairs passed away about 20 years ago. He did have a shop he shared with 3 other saddle makers however he made the saddles in his garage work shop. From my conversations with him he had been featured on PM Magazin a human intrest tv show at the time. He had evidently had orders from Prince's from other contries and had sold saddles rich people from at least four other contries. Mostly i rememeber cowboys knocking at my door coming to pick up their saddles. The reason i found this my dad had purchased one of the 4 remaing saddles he had completed from his wife after he passed away
