Well there ain't nothin' wrong with this one, I wear just the bandana on my head sometimes. Need to get someone with one a them digital cameras to get some of the others.

That hat is a biggun' alright. The Marshal has seen it in person. It is the one I had made over the winter by Jaxonbilt Hats. 7 and 7. 7 inch brim and 7 inch crown and of course a color only I would wear in public

If I ever lose it, folks will know right away who lost it.

I have a new outfit I am wearing now. I turned gunfighter and I am wearing a bad guy looking outfit. As soon as I can get Calgary Kate to take a picture ( she took that one of me ) then I will post the pics now that I know how post them. When I get the pic I will reveal what the new alias is too.

Buck, ya just can't find those size hats around these days. I think they had some pretty big hats going early in the last century though. I like to look at pictures of the folks that rode for 101 ranch shows and some of those hats just looked great to me. That is why I had to have my hat custom made. The pencil rolled brim makes it a bit smaller, but fears of sunburned ears are long forgotten. I just might get another one made this coming winter in a more conventional color.

I sure do enjoy all the pics so far, let's see some more hats from you pards. The secret is, that I enjoy seeing pictures of all of you. I really enjoy pictures a lot.

I'd post some more, Howdy, but my digital is now an outdoors only camera. Granddaughter dropped it at my son's wedding reception last week and the flash part bought it. Was toldit would be just about the same price as getting another camera to fix it. Guess I'll have to see if in fact it is gonna work outdoors and put on a hat show for the neighbors................Buck

Yep, it's outdoors only. Now I've got to get my whiz-kid son to coach me on the download again. haven't done it enough yet.........Buck

Me ... living in the desert like I do ... I'm kinda partial to a straw hat that D Bar J made for me a coupla years ago.

Although I had a felt one made to somewhat match it at EOT by LJ Sawtooth that's kinda become my new favorite ... but I haven't been photographed in that one yet (still paying for the last camera they tried to use on me ... )

Thanks, that pic was taken at Winter Range 2005 ... and I was having a pretty decent shoot for my first National competition. Came in 9th in 49'er. That's the only reason I have the picture ... most of my events are nuthin' to be proud of $:-\$ ... so I tend to crow 'bout the 1 in a hundred where it looks like I'm doin' okay.

(There's actually THREE cases in the air ... if you look at the shooter behind me in the pic, you can see it right in front of his head ...)
