I would take that one without too many questions, at that price!
(As long as it is otherwise in decent shape, functional, with no more than honest use showing.)
P.S.: I looked at the photographs, and it looks OK, but I'm not familiar with the vendor.
Before shooting it, I would take it to a gunsmith to check headspace. Some .38-55 model 1894s might have been used with hi-speed ammo a bit too much.
