Howdy All,I was in Tucson last year & in the bar this was on the menu,when I asked how it was cooked-take a large chicken breast tenderise it then roll it out-brush with oil-add minced garlic,jalipino's & grated cheese-roll the chicken-then wrap with bacon strips held with toothpicks-bake for 35-40min or till bacon is crisp.I've cooked it at home & it is great with a salad.Feathers
