Any chemical that will remove rust will also remove the bluing.  The best thing for light surface rust is a good oil, like 3 in 1, and 0000 steel wool.  Put on the oil and very LIGHTLY go over the surface with the steel wool.  Where ever there was rust you will have a bright spot after it is removed.  Just hope you don't have any pitting.

Howdy Fella's,
I think I am going to get lucky on the barrel, and it going to clean up nice, the sides of reciever, just shows wear. I need to pull the wood and, and tear it all down, but I realy want to go shoot it, so maybe tomorrow I will shoot it, and then take it all a part, and do a super clean job!
Thanks for all the help!

Ace,

Try RB-17.  It's the best stuff I've ever found for removing rust and not harming the blueing.
