Taylors top break

Good morning!  Just fired 50 rounds out of my new taylors top break this Saturday.  Three different shooters, all confirmed the pistol is about 1 foot to the left at 25 yards.  How do we get the sight over to correct this?  Perhaps this is not correctable the front and rear sights seem to be set.

Howdy, Pard,
If the gun is shooting that far off at 25 yds, and has been confirmed by various shooters, it is about impossible to correct. I'd send it back and ask for a replacement.
