He’s up in the socialist part of the commonwealth, Buck. Folks up there like ta tax us down here ta pay for the problems they created fer themselves. Suppose it filters down ta private business.

When I went from dial-up to DSL the deal was set up on line. They tested the line the next day ‘n sent the router ‘n stuff in the mail as soon as they saw the line passed. Never missed a beat.

The "traffic choke" up in Liberal NoVA is created by an antiquated DC/MD highway system, but.....
the Virginia lawmakers from that area have "a plan" to fix it, they just need money

They proposed that the money be raised by putting a $5 "toll" on every car entering or leaving Virginia on Interstate 85 & 95 ONLY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STATE!

I hope someday he comes back by wantin’ ta put ‘nother yard sign on my lawn.

litl rooster sent me a text message last night... LATE last night! Said he had CPR classes... until 12:25 AM? Were you getting extra credit from Resuscitation Annie? The dang phone beeped at me all night long. It wasn't until about three that it finally woke me up, but I thought it was the dying battery warning. I was too tired to get up. Every time it would beep after that I proclaimed "Next beep and I'll go turn it off."
