Sure doesn't seem like he'll rub against the grain.  Should help those that are pining for some fresh material.

Why wood I go an' do that?  I just planted myself here, and kinda like company.  Don't get all sappy on me now, though.  Too much kindness may start me pining for the old juniper fields back home.

We wooden do that to a new guy.  We don't pick on folks until they been around a loooong time...three-four days or so.  Figure they've put down roots by then, an' started spreading their branches, so they're fair fodder for the fire.  Just don't take some of the things to heart an' get your ash in an uproar an' start weepin'.  Just brush yourself off and smile.  Given time, you too will blossom and flower with the rest of the  mob.

(SIDE NOTE:  I'm really startin' to stretch here.  Anybody else want to step in an' bail me out?  Please???)

You haven't gone out on a limb yet Forty.  About time for some Spring growth.  We can prune your comments later if you braanch out to far from the topic.  I reckon this new sapling will do well with a little nuturing, I'm sure he'll mulch over your remarks, and if he doesn't like something we can always turn over a new leaf.

C'mon, litl rooster.  You've got to press on and don't come unglued.  There are several layers here to keep your interest.

Acorn start another post, if you'd like, but you're just annoyed because you chose to be a wall flower and didn't join in, Bud.  Get involved and you will find the grass really is greener.

By George, I think he's got it.   Corny, but good.  Shucks, it's good enough to sing to...has a kernel of a popular tune...sorta catches the ear.
