Yeah well all the pills going around in group therapy sooner or later, my bet is sooner, rehab is gonna be needed. ::)

Slim, just a side note on the Butterball Turkeys,  the young turkeys are what we raise here, they are 13 week old birds with a weight of 14 to 16 pounds
the litl Butterball turkeys are raised up at Huntsville Ar.  they are 9 week old birds weighing right at 8 pounds that come with the stuffing already packed in the body cavity,
they started this with the idea thtat the litl Butterball  would be purchased by couples or familys not wanting a full sized turkey but just for one meal and maybe a day of leftovers.

How do y'all stuff them?  Do ya stuff them and then kill them or is that done at another location?

 ;D

Oh, and I refuse to admit or deny any of the steps presented thus far.

some companies use what they call an evac machine, they make a cut around the neck and realease the air pipe and the machine evacuates the innard out the other end and it is cut off.

almost every company does it a little differently.  and they think their way is best.
