I haven't left the neighborhood for a few days and when taking some trash outside I noticed no lights on the wind farm. In fact, I don't even see cell tower lights. Is there a power outage on the west side of the county??

Seems we have some great progress coming to Elk County.  When stopping by Toots yesterday I noticed ground breaking to the south of I think the Perkins' shop?  Someone correct me if I am wrong about that.

Dollar General, how exciting!!  New business to the county! Perhaps a few jobs too, which is terrific in my books.  I hope this is the beginning of something good for this county.

During the summer you thought you might have to hire an arborist to trim out the dead branches and you look outside and wonder how long it is going to take to clean the mess up from the wind.

Well I'll be.  The courthouse is FINALLY putting in real handicap parking spaces.  Never did understand how they had the elevator on the opposite side of the parking lot!!!  Most excellent.
