VIDEO: Obama's Holder Replacement
Just Invented a New 'Right'
for Illegal Aliens
January 28, 2015 By Matthew Burke

Obama's nominee to replace corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder, the only sitting attorney general in American history to be held in contempt of Congress, addressed senators on Wednesday and was asked about Obama's illegal amnesty scheme.

Senator Sessions asked nominee Loretta Lynch, the current U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, who should have a right to a job in America, a citizen, an illegal alien, or a legal immigrant.

"Who has more right to a job in this country, a lawful immigrant who's here — a green card holder or a citizen, or a person who entered the country unlawfully?" Sessions asked.

Lynch apparently doesn't recognize the difference in status, telling Sessions that illegals should have the same access to American jobs as immigrants in the country legally, or U.S. citizens.

"Well, senator, I believe that, um, the right and the obligation to work is one that's shared by everyone in this country, regardless of how they came here," Lynch replied. "And certainly if someone is here, regardless of status, I would prefer that they be participating in the workplace than not participating in the workplace," said Lynch.

Hmmm...a right for an illegal alien to have a job in America? Which Constitution did Lynch study? It sounds like the same one Obama and Holder studied — Saul Alinsky's.

"How I vote is none of your business!"
by nolathe

For me personally that's very true "How I vote is none of your business!"

But what about our elected Representatives?  Is how they vote our business? In Kansas, apparently not. On January 27, 2014 the Kansas House of Representatives expressed their opinion.

Clearly orchestrated by the Republican Leadership (top 5 not highlighted above) a vote for transparency in voting was defeated. We only know how they voted because some brave soul asked for a Roll Call Vote (only done by request and not normal or required procedure).

Rep. Ron Ryckman's justification will be added here- "blank at time of posting".

Republicans insist they are the Big Tent Party. This tent has walls, can't see in or out.

CUNY Tells Staff Not To Call Students 'Mr., Mrs. Or Ms.' Because It Could Be Offensive

(What a complete pile of crap... Even worse is their excuse: Calling a man "Mr." or a woman "Mrs." could violate federal Title IX policies.  Words that describe negative traits gather negative connotations.  Hence the transition of "crippled" to "handicapped" to "disabled" to "differently abled."  Also, "mentally retarded" etc. Brain scan studies have shown that male>female transgenders do not have feminized brains.  Therefore, the idea that these transgenders are women trapped in the bodies of men is blatantly false and as unscientific as one can possibly get.  These people are simply suffering from severe mental illness and identity issues.  Case in point, goofball Bruce Jenner, one mentally sick clown.  It is reprehensible that liberals are pandering to their delusions in order to advance their own thoroughly destructive social agenda in overturning all norms from traditional society.   All to assuage their ignorant and hedonistic egos.  We don't need to know with what pronouns these people prefer... they should simply be referred to mental health care doctors as "patients."  Soooo... I don't care if they have feminized brains or not.  If you have the right equipment, that makes you male or female.  If the brain is not in sync with reality, then go see a freaking psychiatrist...)

Via NRO:

The Graduate Center of the City University of New York issued a memo advising staff not to address any students as "Mr., Mrs. or Ms." beginning this spring because some could find it disrespectful.

The policy is intended to "ensure a respectful, welcoming and gender-inclusive learning environment . . . and to accommodate properly the diverse population of current and prospective students," according to the memo, signed by interim provost Louise Lennihan.

School spokeswoman (wait – can I call her that?) Tanya Domi said the initiative was also part of the school's "working within a regulatory framework to comply with Title IX legal principles," which forbid discrimination based on sex at any institution receiving federal funding.

Report: Russian Security Forces Desecrating Korans
During Raids On Jihadist Rebels

(Oh hum...)

Lib rag Daily Beast frets:
http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/01/25/are-russia-s-troops-vandalizing-korans-in-dagestan.html

Residents of Dagestan say that Russian forces destroyed their homes and trashed Korans during anti-terror raids last fall.

On Nelli Radzhabova's desk, a pile of materials was growing: hand-written accounts, complaints to local and federal authorities, flash drives with videos and photographs. Dozens of letters. All of it evidence of the destruction caused by a recent counter-terrorism operation led by Russian interior ministry forces in Vremenny, a village in the troubled North Caucasus republic of Dagestan. The images in Radzhabova's files depicted demolished homes; furniture, clothes and other belongings turned to rubbish and partly buried by bulldozers; broken windows, walls and gates at the village school and clinic. In one of the videos, men in interior ministry forces uniforms are seen throwing people's belongings down a hillside.

There were also photographs of a Koran cut down the middle by an ax, as well as swastikas and other humiliating signs painted over the village's ruined walls—all done by the military, or so locals claimed. One line of graffiti said: "Moscow is the force."

"Local policemen asked Russian soldiers not to attack our Koran, so a military commander called Moscow to complain that Dagestan cops were not letting them do their job. After that, our local policemen were called away from Vremenny," said resident Aminat Magomedova in an interview with The Daily Beast. "Two days ago, a local man found two more Korans in a pile of garbage," she added.

Raul Castro: US Must Return Guantánamo For Normal Relations

(And Obuma is stupid enough to do this.
By far, The WORST president, EVER!!!...)

Via Miami Herald
http://www.miamiherald.com/news/nation-world/world/americas/guantanamo/article8520950.html

Cuban President Raul Castro demanded on Wednesday that the United States return the U.S. base at Guantánamo Bay, lift the half-century trade embargo on Cuba and compensate his country for damages before the two nations re-establish normal relations.

Castro told a summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States that Cuba and the United States are working toward full diplomatic relations but "if these problems aren't resolved, this diplomatic rapprochement wouldn't make any sense."

Castro and President Barack Obama announced on Dec. 17 that they would move toward renewing full diplomatic relations by reopening embassies in each other's countries. The two governments held negotiations in Havana last week to discuss both the reopening of embassies and the broader agenda of re-establishing normal relations.

Obama has loosened the trade embargo with a range of measures designed to increase economic ties with Cuba and increase the number of Cubans who don't depend on the communist state for their livelihoods. [...]

The reestablishment of diplomatic relations is the start of a process of normalizing bilateral relations, but this will not be possible while the blockade still exists, while they don't give back the territory illegally occupied by the Guantánamo naval base," Castro said.

He demanded that the U.S. end the transmission of anti-Castro radio and television broadcasts and deliver "just compensation to our people for the human and economic damage that they're suffered."

The U.S. State Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Castro's remarks.

BREAKING: US Pacific Fleet Commander Drops Bombshell About Obuma and Muslim Brotherhood
Sunday, January 25th, 2015

It's pretty bad when a former commander-in-chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet feels compelled to write a telling piece as to why his former boss, President Obama, is on the verge of single-handedly handing over the fate of American citizens to radical Islamists.

Admiral James A. "Ace" Lyons, a 36-year Navy officer, wrote the column for Breitbart.com, which is beyond shocking and infuriating. Coming from a man who often reported directly to the White House and was responsible for a long list of victories, both diplomatic and physical, Lyons is about as credible as a source could ever hope to be.

The big news over the past few weeks was Obama's no-show for the massive march in solidarity that took place in Paris with forty other world leaders in attendance. Obama's absence was nothing short of a message, albeit subtle, to the Islamic nation that as long as he's king, they're free to advance their radical agenda.

Lyons brought to light a shocking number of instances over the course of Obama's time in office when he has given a virtual green light to radical Islamists and has completely reversed America's stance in the Middle East, at least during the current administration. (H/T Breitbart)

One instance he wrote about was when Obama showed his support for the Islamic uprisings that were eventually known as the "Arab Spring." He pointed to a frightening statement Obama made during a 2012 UN Assembly where he declared, "that the future must not belong to those who slander the Prophet of Islam."

The Arab Spring was not a movement of freedom and democracy, rather, it was an obvious awakening for radical Islamists across the Middle East and the start of a revolution against the West.

Another glaring issue that still plagues U.S. military leaders today is the fact that we essentially changed teams in the Global War on Terror. Instead of aligning with important allies in the region, we began backing militias who are aligned with Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Muslim Brotherhood, a group which Obama is quite familiar with and even friendly toward, have already began the process of accomplishing their goal to bring the U.S. to its knees and infiltrate all levels of U.S. government.

Because Obama has embraced this radical group, who operate under the guise of the front group CAIR in the U.S., they've managed to take top positions of leadership and influence throughout the U.S. intelligence community – even going as far as directing the removal of negative references to Islam in every training manual used by government agents and law enforcement.

The psychological operation they're running against the U.S. is powerful and effective, to say the least.

It doesn't appear that much will change as long as Obama is president and the GOP is still controlled by Obama's Republican puppet, Rep. John Boehner. So until then, we can hope for good men such as Rep. Trey Gowdy, Allen West and a handful of other no-nonsense leaders to keep America from completely succumbing to the growing shadow of radical Islam.

We salute Admiral Lyons for his willingness to expose his former boss for American citizens to see.

WND EXCLUSIVE
U.S. PASSPORTS ON VERGE
OF ELIMINATION?
Soros-funded plan champions 'North American Union'
Published: 1 day ago

NEW YORK – A Soros-funded group arguing to replace the U.S. passport with a North American passport appears ready to take up the mantle of championing the concept of a European Union-style regional government to supersede the sovereignty of the United States, Mexico and Canada, fulfilling the dream of the late American University professor Robert Pastor.

The future of the U.S. lies in North America, not in the United States as a sovereign nation, contends the New America Foundation, a Washington-based leftist think-tank with ties to Jonathan Soros, son of famed leftist billionaire George Soros.

Appropriately named "New America," the foundation believes the U.S. passport should soon become obsolete and replaced with a European Union-style passport issued for all citizens of the U.S., Mexico and Canada. Citizens would be redefined by their regional identity as "North Americans," echoing President Obama's claim in Spanish in his Dec. 17, 2014, announcement of his executive actions to re-establish diplomatic relations with Cuba, "Todos Somos Americanos," or, "We are all Americans.

"The United States, Canada and Mexico are bound by a shared economic, environmental, demographic and cultural destiny. How we move forward together is key to our success," wrote André Martinez, an editor with New America and a professor at the Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University; and Daniel Kurtz-Phelan, a fellow at New America and a former adviser on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's policy planning staff, in an article titled "Why we need a North American Passport," published by CNN.com.

"In recognition of our shared destiny, the three countries should create a North American passport that would, over time, allow their citizens to travel, work, invest, learn and innovate anywhere in North America. Work, tourist and student visas are necessities in the modern world to regulate the flow of people between sovereign states," Martinez and Kurtz-Phelan declared.

"In the North American context, much like within the European Union, our economies and societies are far more integrated than our immigration system recognizes – and a North American passport, much like the EU passport, would align our laws with reality."

The article authored by Martinez and Kurtz-Phelan provides additional support for the argument reported by WND for the past decade that globalists seeking to create a "North American Union" realized the EU stealth model could be replicated in North America. It can be accomplished, they believe, through establishing free-trade agreements such as NAFTA and transforming them incrementally into a regional government.

In Europe, the European Coal and Steel Agreement – signed as a treaty in Paris on April 18, 1951, and put into force on July 23, 1952 – evolved into the European Common market. The EC was created by the Treaty of Rome March 25, 1957, and ultimately became the European Union, a regional government.

"The inception of NAFTA marked an important step toward leveraging these geographic realities for a shared North American success," Martinez and Kurtz-Phelan noted.

"NAFTA has been a boon to our growth and competitiveness. Integrated production platforms, sometimes spanning all three countries, have helped draw manufacturing back from competitors across the Pacific."

They said, however, "the promise of NAFTA has fallen short in a critical respect."

While trade and investment have grown, "the barriers to movement have remained too high for the people who help drive and stand to benefit from that growth."

"As evidenced by the recent political firestorm over President Obama's executive move to allow more undocumented workers to avoid deportation, it would take farsighted and courageous political leadership in all three countries to press for a North American passport," Martinez and Kurtz-Phelan stressed. "But the fact is that allowing North Americans to move more effortlessly across the borders would help alleviate our contentious domestic immigration battles."

The New America Foundation boasts millions of dollars in funding by a blue-chip list of leftist donors along with government funding in the form of a seven-figure grant from the State Department and a six-figure grant from the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Prominent among a list of nearly 150 different funding sources is Google Inc., reflecting the participation of Eric Schmidt, CEO of Google, on the New American Foundation's board of trustees.

Also on the board is Jonathan Soros, CEO of JS Capital Management LLC, a private investment firm, also credited on the New American Foundation website as holding several board positions affiliated with the George Soros Open Society Foundations.

The president and CEO of the New American Foundation is Anne-Marie Slaughter, who previously served as the director of policy planning in the State Department, where she worked for Hillary Clinton from January 2009 through February 2011.

Slaughter is the author of the 2005 book "A New World Order," in which she argued the structure of global governance is already in place, through international organizations and agreements, broad networks of economic markets, travel and information flow.

One year ago, WND reported Robert Pastor, a longtime proponent of North American integration, died at the age of 66 after a three-year battle with cancer. He was a professor of international relations and the director of the Center for North American Studies at American University in Washington, D.C.

I DIED TODAY
by Duke Roberts

And I ate a lot of hamburgers. We had a party.

And I laughed.

And I thought about how much I'm going to miss it here.

We told jokes.

We were serious.

Kristen came to see me. She's a hoot.
She's my groomer. And my buddy.

While we were waiting for the vet to come, Kristen said we were going for a walk. Then someone said, "How about a play in the water at the
splash park down the street?" So off we went!

"You know I'm going to miss you, right?"

"And you too, Duke, right."

"I need you to help me watch over my family."

"Did you hear me? This is all I want!"

We got wet today.

We smiled today.

We felt grateful today.

We broke the rules today.

I listened to the kids play off in the distance. And thought about
my two babies at home. I loved protecting them.

I relaxed today.

I felt no pain. Even though the tumor grew so big.

I felt the love today.

I said goodbye to my beautiful friend Kira. She "saw" me standing over everybody before the doctor said it was time. I was excited & jumping & happy.

Well, I didn't say goodbye. I said 'til we meet again.

God, I was lucky. Our time was short. But you both gave me a second chance & we lived it up together. You love when I look at you. I'll never stop.

Always, Dukey.

And here's Dukey's adoption video from three years ago.

The Roberts family knew they had to put their beloved dog, Duke, to sleep after the cancer began to take over his body. So, they decided to make his final day on Earth his most special.

Duke, a black Labrador living in Houston, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his leg a few years ago, KSL notes. Osteosarcoma is the most common bone cancer in dogs. The tumors associated with the illness are aggressive and readily metastasize. Duke had his front leg removed, but the tumor only grew bigger and ultimately started to separate his ribs, making him increasingly uncomfortable.

His owner, Jordan Roberts, scheduled his euthanizing with a Houston veterinarian for Monday, July 7, according to KSL. But before saying goodbye to Duke, the family decided to take him out to enjoy the finer things in life. Roberts asked her friend and animal lover, photographer Robyn Arouty, to capture the pup's final moments.

Duke ate hamburgers; he frolicked in a water park; he spent the day surrounded by the ones he loved most.

"It was beautiful, really. One thing just fell into the next," Arouty explained in an email to The Huffington Post. "[The day] started with the hamburgers, then the boys came over, then other friends, etc. The splash park was spontaneous. And then Duke walked under 'The Rainbow Bridge,' which is ironically also a term used for the place where pets go when they die. I felt honored."

After Duke's story was picked up by BuzzFeed, it went viral and inspired many to share their own pet-loss stories.

"Jordan told me the other day that she felt Dukey's purpose was to love and inspire and she's thrilled that he is still doing it. Understandably, they miss the heck out of him, but feel very strongly that he's still with their family in spirit. They never expected a response like this," Arouty told HuffPost.

"We didn't realize it at the time, of course, but Dukey's story has created this beautiful forum for people to share stories of their beloved pets who have passed away," she said. "Photographing [and] documenting Duke that day has really empowered people to find a way to cope and ease the pain of letting a pet go by celebrating them while they are still here."

Old Pants Suit Faces Scrutiny for Use of Private Jets At
The Expense Of Tax Payers While Racking Up Frequent Flyer Miles

(The use of private jets helped take Air Mary Landrieu down...)

Via Bloomberg

Hillary Clinton took more than 200 privately chartered flights at taxpayer expense during her eight years in the U.S. Senate, sometimes using the jets of corporations and major campaign donors as she racked up $225,756 in flight costs.

Clinton, 67, the frontrunner for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016, reported the travel in official filings with the Senate. The records were provided to Bloomberg News by a Republican operative.

Some of the companies whose planes she used included Coca-Cola Co., Citigroup Inc. and Saban Capital Group Inc.

While the flights fell within congressional rules and were not out of the ordinary for senators at the time, they could play into the emerging Republican line of attack that Clinton's wealth and years in government office have left her out of touch with the voters she'll court on the campaign trail.

Republican Mitt Romney, who is considering another bid for president, took a swipe at Clinton's suggestion to voters that "corporations and businesses" don't create jobs when he spoke in Starkville, Mississippi, last night.[...]

Members of the Senate spent $1 million in taxpayer money on privately chartered flights in 2013, according to a report in USA Today. The practice became a political issue last year for Democratic Senate candidates, including Louisiana's Mary Landrieu, who lost, and Virginia's Mark Warner, who won a closer-than-expected battle for re-election.

Landrieu spent $47,000 on charter flights in 2013 and Warner spent $8,500 on a tour around his state that year, USA Today reported. While some senators don't charter flights at all, Clinton's eight-year average of $28,125 per year falls within the range of other lawmakers.

Still, Clinton is facing criticism from Republicans for flights she took more than six years ago.

"The examples of how out of touch Hillary is continue to rack up," Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus said in a statement. "Hillary's love of private jet travel doesn't even stop at taxpayer dollars."

DEA And ATF Cooperated To Record Gun Show Attendee License Plates

(Tracking the movements of future domestic terrorists...)

According to emails obtained by the American Civil Liberties Union, federal authorities planned to monitor gun show parking lots with automatic license plate readers.

The insight comes from a damning report released by the ACLU this week on a secretive program by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration to build a massive database of license plates images collected by automated license plate reader devices. As part of this investigation, emails released through the Freedom of Information Act detailed a planned cooperation between the DEA's National License Plate Recognition initiative and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to scan and record the plates and vehicle images of gun show attendees.

"DEA Phoenix Division Office is working closely with ATF on attacking the guns going to [redacted] and the gun shows, to include programs/operation with LPRs at the gun shows," reads an April 2009 email.

The time and place mentioned in the email coincides with known information on the Justice Department's Fast and Furious operation, a controversial "gunwalking" scandal that possibly transferred as many as 2,000 guns to drug traffickers in Mexico. That program was run out of the Phoenix ATF Field Division office, just two miles from the DEA office.

However, DOJ officials were quick to issue denials this week following the release of the story, advising that the ATF did not in fact engage in tracking gun show attendees.
