Keto coffee ain't new or discovered by Yuppies.

Butter in coffee or tea is common in Eastern Europe.   Butter keeps better than cream if you don't have refrigeration.  Put it in a crock in the cellar.  Good way for those off grid people if the sun don't shine and the wind don't blow and you got no legtrivity.  Probably can read all about it on those living off the grid boards.  How that works is beyond me. Had a lady join our cast iron cooking group the other day going on about living off the grid.  Several of us pointed out the net is part of the grid.   She told us off and left the group.  Rough group but a lot of good knowledge in it if you ain't a whiny snowflake.

I've put a little in when I didn't have milk/cream, but 4-8 tbsp of butter in a cup of coffee?  That's gross.

Currently sitting in Portland Oregon. My train leaves at 2:25 local, currently 12:20.  I've got a while to wait.

Morning all.

I arrived home at 5am. Dog is very happy now.

My first order of business today, after I went to bed, is to make some real doggone coffee. The Keurig thing makes passable coffee, but not great coffee.

Contendingwith dead automotive batteries today.   Got one jumped off, step son on the way to autoparts store with mom and her checkbook. Mine has been dead a month or more.  Need to do the same with it.  Honestly i don't feel i can drive too far alone.  So not in hurry to get it done. Other than for a back up vehicle.

Afternoon all.

50 degrees and overcast here in California.  Looks like it might rain.

Thinking about baking a pie, but I don't have any good baking apples. Just red delicious, which get pretty mushy. Any suggestions?
