Good heavy rain thru at sundown last evening. Soaked me while securing the free rangers and the ducks. Who don't miind the rain.

The rabbitt turned out very good. Could not convince Suzanne to eat it. I should had maybe deboned it first.

Morning all.

65 headed to 85.  Sunny, with just a couple clouds above 5500 and some light smoke.

Classes today are history and pilot ground school, then this evening we have "active shooter training." Personally, my preferred response would be a mag dump into the shooter's face, but somehow I get the feeling that's not how this is going to go.

I hate deboning rabbits.

I was told recently that I'm "livelier than a one-legged man at a butt-kicking contest."    Is that an insult or a compliment?

The rabbit did not much care for it either

Morning all.

Cooler day today.  Only 60 right now, supposed to hit 75.

First class of the day is psychology. We may or may not have a test today.  The professor was unsure last week.  No worries, my entire life is devoted to studying for your 3 credit class that is unrelated to my major. ::)

After that have an aviation class.  Focuses on the business aspect of flying, but at least it's related to my major.

Should get to fly for real today, too.  Which is kind of why I'm here to begin with.

Afternoon all.

60 and overcast today.  Little bit of rain and some thunder forecast for tonight, but for now we're dry.

Had fun at the airport yesterday.  Everything was fine during preflight and taxi, and early part of takeoff roll was good.  Not once we hit 35kn airspeed the plane started really pulling to the left pretty bad.  We tried to compensate, but ended up aborting the take off right before rotation speed.  We still aren't sure what happened or why.  The lead flight instructor is teaching ground school, so I'm going to ask if he knows in a while.

Morning all.

Overcast and cool today.  50 degrees right now.  Good weather for flying, though.

Had that psych test today.  The test was chapters 1-3.  So I studied chapters 2-3(1 was mostly an introduction), focusing on chapter 2 because I had trouble with it.  The test was mostly on chapter 3. :-\
