Major and Rawhide, it would be interesting to know how many members have Henrys and how many are using 66s and 73s, which were known as "Improved Henrys".

Long as the list is now, it's pretty hard to add a column for the actual "Henry" the member has...  Flint

Oh Boy! Don't want to be a 'party pooper', but, you are going to open up a major 'can o worms' if you start including the 1873 as the 'Improved Henry' in this 1860 Henry forum. The '66 was a stretch but allowed. See forum description on main page. All the rest belong in the shooters meeting or other appropriate forum. At the beginning of the 1860 Henry forum a couple of years ago several folks tried to include their Henry Big Boy's, that nearly created a riot. JMTCW

I don't think that's what Flint meant .
The 73 has it's own following and it's own Board.  ;)

On this Board we are talking about the 107 members owning /using Henry's of the 1860 pattern.
I know there are at least two with KING's Improvements ( a Poll I ran shows)
The 66 is also included in forum description on main page, as you pointed out.

The Lou Imperato, Brooklyn, NY based company ( Makers of the BIG BOY ) is NOT included.
It not a improvement of, or a Replica,  or even a legacy from the the 1860 Henry.
It is quite simply a NAME DROPPER company.
Other than the Misnomer,
They make a nice little lever 22 and the Lever Big Boy is not to bad either... they are not however HENRY's.
Imperato could have, I suppose named them after any other out of production 19 century Long Gun Manufacturer,
Evans , Halls, even Spencer.  ::)
