ID Italian Colt 1861 Navy clone from 1964

Hello to the campfire, I'd like to ask for your help to identify the Italian maker of this Colt 1861 Navy replica that I liberated a few days ago.
Serial number is N765 on the frame only, nowhere else on the pistol
There is an assembly number 23 under the barrel, on the front side of the cylinder, under the Frame, inside the backstrap and buttstrap, pensiled in the grip.
The only markings are
REPLICA ARMS INC.
MARIETTA. OHIO.
MADE IN ITALY
Italian proof marks incl. the year code XX (1964).

Replica Arms was the Uberti importer a few decades ago
Replica Arms was owned by Frank Allen in El Paso, Texas . It was bought out and moved to Marietta, Ohio in 1965 and merged with Val Forgett /Navy Arms of Ridgefield NJ.

Early Boxes were marked  " Navy Arms/Replica Arms "   your gun would predate that merger
NA/Replica Arms also imported ASM,  I had a Walker Marked ASM forNA/ RA marked XXX (1974)

Thanks, Major: I have a couple of early production Ubertis of 1851 design. The contour of their backstraps is different in that the distance to the back of the trigger guard is greater. whereas on this one the curve of the BS seems to be less pronounced.
I can also add one other piece of information: on this pistol the grip frame is not a cast but backstrap and buttstrap are welded together.
May be it is an ASM?
When did ASM make their first Colt 1861s and when did Uberti start making theirs'?

Uberti was first I believe maybe 63-4

ASM at the time was managed by Aldo's son in law ...so it follows parts began to ease on down the block

I have one like yours with a 4 digit serial #. It's an Uberti. Fine little gun. Mine shot off to the side so I have a rear sight added to the top rear of the barrel. It was my first "real gun" from back in 1968. I still use it. It's my big game finishing gun. The LEE 130 gr conical is an excellent projectile with a little more thump than the 82gr ball.

I think the serial number fonts look the same as those on my Gregorelli & Uberti 1851 Navy's but my GU's do not have any letters in the serial number. The shape of the hammer spur and the overall grip shape also look the same as on my GU's. GU became Uberti around 1963 or '64, I think. I don't know what the screw threads are on my GU's but the nipple threads are the same as on original Colt's.
