B'day = cool day

Yesterday was a my 58th. B'day ... I got a treat.

I stopped by my FFl and got to handle an shoot a EVANS carbine.
He had about 50 38-40 modified rounds for foder.
We loaded up 26, yep! 26 in the stock.

WHAT A BLAST !
 I'd love to own it but he asking $1695, and the B'day $$$ fairy did not stop by the ranch this year

 Well, you're a couple of notches better than I... I STILL haven't shot my NM Carbine! See if you can get some reloading data for us.
 Also, get yourself a subscription to the J.C. Devine Auction Catalogues; many collectors start out with "second condition" firearms until the "too nice to shoot" firearms arrive. I've gotten some great deals on Good/Very Good & Better "shooters". Not to mention that the catalogues are beautiful!!! Do a "google" search, I can't remember their contact info.
