Anyone have any first-hand knowledge of these budget priced  single actions?

I have had a .22 for the past 15 years,  it works well most of the time.  Occasionally it will lock up and I have to remove the base pin to free it up.
If you mean the centerfire version, I think Heritage buys Pietta frames and finishes them and adds a transfer bar safety.  I have no first hand knowledge of them though.
