I just looked at the Atlantic satellite loop. She's just sitting there, spinning. It looks like she's caught in the crook of prevailing eastward winds that head steeply north, then make a U-turn nearly due south around West Virginia/Pennsylvania. She's inching toward land, but unless the trade winds shift, she's gonna be there a while.
One can hope that with her slow movement, as more of her makes landfall she'll break apart.
