As part of the annual Coffeyville, KS Dalton Defender's Days festival, the DDD Committee is desiring participation of chuckwagon cooks to participate.  The festival is scheduled this year (2011) to be held Sept 30 - Oct 1.   I realise this is rather short notice, but I thought I would "cast my bread", and see if there is a favorable response.  At the present time, there are no plans for any sort of competition or contest, just demos.  I do not have specific details, but contact me, and I can put you in touch with the powers that be.  Currently, we have only one tentative participant.
