Here is a pic I doctored in Photoshop of my son in his Halloween costume last month. He had a ball, and I did too! Now he is not dressed as Wild Bill Hickock, or Buffalo Bill Cody. His real name is William Cody Robbins. And trust me he is a wild one at times! So hence the name Wild Bill Cody! Won't be to long for he won't want to trick or treat no more like his older brother this year! Heres the pic! Anyone else got kids that went trick or treatin as a cowboy?? Share pics pards!

Here I am at about 5.  This is the way my aunt and cousin used to baby sit me.  They worked at an amusment park pony ride.

No need to wait till Halloween,today sounds good to me..See when me and Curley and other were growin up we had the country under control,we had Roy and Hoppy watchin our backs in Hollywood and we took care of the local stuff,then we had to go to work and got busy with other stuff and they snuck in,i was born in Mojave and had to carry that gun fer snattlerakes and horn toads..WELL WERE BACK!   My Back hurts,Curley's Back hurts

If ya look real close at the bottom of the pix, you will see the board the horses hooves were nailed to. Ifn he were live, I think he would be real pissed.

I have another pix of me in kindergarten wearing my vest and chaps, holster, but if you look close at that one you will see a death ray gun....I guess I mixed metaphores...so to speak.

I still have my leather fringe jacket..and look close you will see where I put the blood spots from an active imagination and wantin realisim for my cowboy fights.

And yes I HAVE worn my cowboy gear at halloween parties, many times. I even have replica guns to use when needed.

If that's a trailor park behind that pine tree it's Mooneys Grove.That tree looks very familiar,i been goin over there collecting peacock feathers the last few weeks.....Found a bunch.

You know I never even noticed the wooden pallet under the horse until I read your post CC. Man I feel stupid! Can't believe I missed that! You know we had a really neat old west play ground at our local community park until last year. They renovated the park last year and replaced it with plastic stuff that the kids can't get hurt on! it was cool! All wood and steel. It was set up like an old west town complete with stage coach jungle jim! I may have pics of my boys on it when they were younger. Well!  It's a school night fellers, so I got git Wild Bill Cody to get his behind in the tub. I'm off till later tonight!

My grandkids had a cool playground like that up in Fresno. Safety is gonna kill our kids.
