Anyone shoot these and how do they compare to the new Rugers. Not sure what I really need to start out with so I'm asking the experts for help. What caliber is best. I do have an 1860 Henry in 44-40 cal.

You might use the search feature here. Smoke Wagons have been discussed alot. I have one of the Deluxe versions in 44-40 and love it. It is the smoothest revolver I own.
