« on: July 17, 2009, 05:29:03 PM »
Anyone know what the loop legnth and belt spacing is for 38-40s?

I just bought a couple of the pistols and want to work up a new belt while I waity for them and the ammunition to arrive.

Thanks!

Al,

The 38-40 was derived from the 44-40 in 1874.  It is a necked down 44-40 case therefore if you use the dimensions for a 44-40 case for your loops you shoud be right on...
