CAS shooting DVDs
« on: January 06, 2008, 10:34:17 PM »
Would anyone be interested in renting or loaning your cowboy action shooting videos I am not picky about who's version it is. I am just wanting to improve and learn about all aspects...Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun, transitions, reloading etc....That is why I would like to rent as I can't afford to buy all videos in a series.

While not a DVD, you might find some good info on my web site at http://www.jspublications.net

I have a sass video. It is one of the tv show. Got it off Ebay. I have watched it a few times. the last time I did, I kept the remote close. I paused it now and then. I picked up stuff. I especially picked up a couple things from Macon Rounds. I am not quick witted enough to see things while they run a stage off at normal speed, but it is interesting to freeze the frame now and then.
There are instructional videos too. The classes that folks like Doc S., Lefty Longridge, Evil Roy and Holy Terror put on and the hands on instruction just has to be good for you, whether you want to go fast or just do it right.
If you go slow like I do, then you better do it right or you will subject yourself to MSVs and whatnot. Everyone catches everything at slow speeds.  ;D

Doc S
Thanks, you are right as I have scoured your sight over and over.  It is a well used "bookmark" on my computer.
Thanks for making this very valuable information readily available.
