Rifle caliber conversion?

A shooter down here has asked for suggestions as to which rifle would be suitable for re chambering to take the .32 S&W Long
I'm stumped. I suggested possibly the Steven Favotite as it was (I believe) chambered for .32 rimfire.
Please could any of you make a suggestion.
This shooter was thinking about modifing an old .303 Mk 4

The Favorite may be a good candidate, Dai. Or at least one of those type Stevens single shots. Some of the Marlin Ballards were in .38 Colt, maybe a .32 conversion on one of those might work too, although Ballards are somewhat PRICEY.......Buck

I will pass it on.
Not too many Stevens rifles down here but I have seen a few. Usually expensive.
Ballards as rare as rocking horse cr@p here. Never seen one.

howdy,
another possibility would be the Winchester 1885 single shot, low or highwall. i had a low wall in 32 rimfire with a badly pitted barrel converted to 38 special and it worked out well.

Can you get a .310 Martini Cadet or did they all get shipped here to the US? This might make a fairly easy conversion as they were originally chambered for a small rimmed cartridge. A very strong action for the size. It's worth looking into.

Somebody (Navy Arms maybe?) had a "Baby" rolling block available in .45.
Might be an idea if they're available.
Another possibility would be to put a rifled barrel on a .410.
