ROA Sights

Howdy,
I have a brace of ROAs that have adjustabke sights (got a smoke'n deal on them).  I would like to use them in Frontiersman class but for the adjustable sights.

Is it reasobale to have them made into fixed sights?
Who would be the right smith for the job?
How much would I expect to spend?
