Schofield Replicas for Mounted Shooting
« on: November 08, 2007, 12:12:00 PM »
Has anyone attempted to use any of the Schofield replicas (Uberti, Beretta, etc.) in .45LC for mounted shooting?  I know that there are issues with these revolvers and black powder, but wondered if blank rounds might work where live rounds cause problems.

Any info appreciated!!! :-)

IIRC a shooter  was using schofields at the Tombstone Livery during the Hellardo Days.

Didn't get any names.

Siince I shoot schofield off the grounnd I did notice the shooter was using schofields :)  They didn't seen to have any hangups using the blanks
